Why custom, why now

Off-the-shelf works — until it doesn't.

When a business outgrows spreadsheets, generic CRMs, and a stack of disconnected SaaS subscriptions, the gap starts costing real money — in manual re-entry, missed follow-ups, and reports nobody trusts. Custom software closes that gap.

Built around your workflow

We start by mapping how your team actually operates — then build to that, instead of asking your people to bend around someone else's product decisions.

Wired into revenue systems

Payments, CRM, carrier provisioning, billing. We build software that connects to the systems money actually moves through — not islands that need manual reconciliation.

You own the code

All custom code and deliverables transfer to you on final payment. No vendor lock-in, no per-seat tax on software you paid to build, no hostage situation if you change partners.

Canadian context by default

PIPEDA, CASL, and PCI-DSS considerations are designed in from the start, not bolted on after a compliance review. Quotes and contracts in Canadian dollars.

What We Build

Six practices, one delivery team.

Take one practice or the whole lifecycle. Most projects combine two or three — a portal that needs an API that needs a database that needs somewhere to run.

Custom CRM & Revenue Systems

A CRM shaped around your actual sales process — pipelines, dialer integration, lead routing, call outcomes, and attribution that survives contact with a real sales floor. Built on the experience of running one.

Web Apps & APIs

Single-page apps, multi-tenant SaaS, and admin consoles — plus the REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and middleware that connect them to everything else you run. Including the unglamorous half: retries, idempotency, and reconciliation when a third party fails mid-transaction.

Boring technology, chosen on purpose.

We pick tools with large talent pools and long support horizons — so the system you commission is one another team can pick up and maintain years from now.

Integrations

Rogers Ecosystem Platforms

Working with something else? Most systems with an API can be integrated — and the Rogers row isn’t just tooling: those are platforms we’re authorized to sell, configure, and build against.

Partner Ecosystem

Software wired into rails most dev shops can't touch.

Telebridge is an authorized Rogers dealer and a Paystone payments partner. That means the software we build doesn't stop at your carrier or payment provider's front door — we integrate against platforms we sell, configure, and support every day.

Authorized Dealer

Rogers together with Shaw

As an authorized dealer across Alberta and B.C., we build software that sits directly on the Rogers business stack — connectivity, voice, and IoT — instead of treating the carrier as a black box someone else manages.

  • Fleet and asset telematics from Fleet Complete and Geotab piped into your dashboards and dispatch tools
  • IoT SIM and device data via Rogers Control Centre integrated into operations software
  • Voice workflows built around Rogers Unison and Teams Operator Connect — call outcomes straight into your CRM
  • Connectivity-aware architecture: failover, fixed wireless, and multi-site WAN designed in, not bolted on

Paystone
Payments Partner

Paystone

As a Paystone partner we don't just sell the terminal — we build the software around it. Payments, loyalty, and customer data flowing into the systems you already run, reconciled without a Monday-morning spreadsheet ritual.

  • POS and terminal transaction data synced into accounting and inventory systems
  • Gift & loyalty programs wired into your CRM — balances, redemptions, and repeat-visit data where sales can act on it
  • Online payments, payment links, and recurring billing embedded in portals and invoicing flows we build
  • PCI-DSS-aware integration patterns: card data stays on Paystone's rails, never in your database

Selected Work

Products Telebridge has built.

Six shipped platforms across PropTech, logistics, travel, AI analytics, consumer social, and fintech. Client names are withheld pending written consent — the engineering below is described exactly as delivered.

PropTech · Flexible Workspaces
iOSAndroidWebTablet

Coworking & Flex-Space Management Suite

Operators ran their spaces on spreadsheets, manual invoicing, paper sign-in sheets, and booking calendars that never agreed with each other.

What we built
  • White-label member app — room booking, directory, event RSVPs, invoices, push
  • Admin dashboard — occupancy, prospect pipeline, plan builder, automated recurring invoicing
  • Self-service front-desk tablets, plus an integration layer for door access, accounting, and CRM

As a community manager, I want membership billing to run automatically each month, so that I can spend my time on events and hospitality instead of chasing invoices.

Travel · Group Transportation
Web

Charter Bus Rental Marketplace

Booking a charter bus meant phone tag, faxes, opaque pricing, and days of back-and-forth email to get a single quote.

What we built
  • Trip-building engine for multi-stop itineraries, pickup planning, and travel-time calculation
  • Quote marketplace matching trips to vetted operators, compared side by side on price and amenities
  • Booking dashboard and operator portal — real-time itinerary updates and in-platform chat
ReactNestJSDjangoPostgreSQLGCP

As a corporate travel coordinator, I want multiple comparable quotes from one trip request, so that I stop spending days on phone calls and email chains.

Logistics · Supply Chain
WebMobile web

Yard Management System

Facilities ran shipping and receiving yards on paper, radios, and guard shacks, while drivers lost hours of every day waiting to reach a dock.

What we built
  • Driver self-service check-in over SMS and mobile web, with no app install
  • Modular protocol builder for each facility's own check-in, staging, dock, and gate logic
  • Live yard dashboard, plus API, EDI, and SFTP connectors into existing TMS and WMS systems
Ruby on RailsPostgreSQLHeroku

As a truck driver, I want to check in from my phone without downloading an app, so that I get to a dock instead of waiting in a guard-shack line.

MarTech · AI & Data Analytics
Web SaaS

Generative-AI Marketing Analytics Platform

Small marketing teams waited days or weeks for a technical team to answer basic questions about their own data.

What we built
  • Natural-language-to-SQL engine with LLM orchestration and vector-database grounding
  • Privacy-first architecture — the model composes the query; raw data never leaves the data plane
  • React workspace, plus an agentic layer delivering narrative summaries to email, Slack, and Teams
ReactPythonAI/MLVector DBAWS

As a compliance-conscious owner, I want the AI to generate queries without ever accessing my raw data, so that adopting AI doesn't mean exposing customer information.

Consumer Social · Collectibles
iOSAndroid

Sports Collectibles Social Platform

Collectors kept inventory in spreadsheets, showed off on Instagram, and found community on forums. Nothing joined up.

What we built
  • Photo-first cataloging that adds a collectible in a few taps, with flexible detail fields
  • Customizable showcases, plus a spotlight feature for a collector's rarest items
  • CSV bulk-import pipeline turning spreadsheet inventories into editable in-app collectibles

As a longtime collector with a 2,000-row spreadsheet, I want to bulk-import my inventory, so that switching to the app doesn't cost me a weekend.

FinTech · Marketplace

Escrow-Secured P2P Trading Marketplace

Peer-to-peer trading between strangers collapses without escrow, reputation, and dispute resolution built directly into the trade lifecycle.

What we built
  • Escrow service locking funds at trade open, releasing only on confirmed payment
  • Offer engine letting users publish their own rates, limits, and accepted payment methods
  • Multi-currency wallet with trade chat, dispute resolution, reputation, and identity verification
React NativeNode.jsJavaScriptBlockchain

As a first-time buyer, I want escrow to hold the seller's assets until my payment is confirmed, so that I can trade with a stranger safely.

Client names are withheld pending written consent. Delivery detail — role, timeline, team composition, and client-reported outcomes — is available under NDA. We publish no performance figure we cannot attribute.

How Every Project Works

Six stages. No black box.

You see working software every two weeks, not a demo at the end. Scope, timeline, and cost are agreed before development starts.

01

Discovery

We map requirements, integrations, and success metrics — then hand you a Statement of Work with timeline and investment.

02

Design

System architecture, database design, wireframes, and API contracts. Nothing gets built until you have signed off.

03

Build

Two-week sprints, each closing with a working demo. Progress you can click, not a status report.

04

QA

Functional, integration, performance, and security testing — then user acceptance testing with your own team.

05

Launch

Production deployment, data migration, and monitoring — followed by two to four weeks of priority hypercare.

06

Support

A 90-day bug-fix warranty, then retainer or ad-hoc support for iteration and new features.

What makes this different

We're not a pure software shop — and that's the point.

Most development firms build in isolation, then hand you something that needs a second vendor to connect to anything. Telebridge runs its own sales floor, its own CRM, its own payment partnerships, and its own carrier relationships. We've had to make these systems talk to each other for our own business first.

  • Paystone payment integrations — POS to accounting, POS to inventory, recurring billing
  • Rogers carrier API integrations — provisioning, billing, and usage data
  • CRM systems built on the experience of operating one at scale, daily
  • PIPEDA, CASL, and PCI-DSS considered at design time, not at audit time

Telebridge's technology practice operates through a partner company under the same parent, with delivery experience across logistics, healthcare, retail, financial services, and hospitality. Your contract, your code, one point of contact.

Engagement Models

Four ways to work together.

Which one fits depends on how well-defined the scope is on day one. We'll recommend the model that carries the least risk for you, not the most revenue for us.

Fixed price Milestone-based Time & materials Monthly retainer
Scope at signing Fully defined in the SOW Defined stage by stage Expected to evolve Ongoing backlog you set
Pricing One agreed number Fixed per milestone Rate card, ceiling you set Flat monthly
Changes Via change order Between milestones Any time Reprioritized monthly
You approve & pay Once, up front Per milestone — stop between them Against actual hours Month to month
Best when Scope is clear on day one The build is large Requirements will genuinely evolve You're live and iterating

Every engagement is quoted in Canadian dollars after discovery — never before. You'll have a written scope, a timeline, and a number in hand before you commit to anything. Start with a discovery call.

Before any contract

Discovery is a working session, not a sales call.

Bring the person who lives with the problem. We map the workflow on a whiteboard, flag the integrations that will make or break the build, and identify the riskiest assumption — then go write the scope.

  • Mutual NDA in place first, on request, at no cost
  • Written Statement of Work with timeline and a fixed CAD number
  • An honest no if custom software isn't the right answer

Common Questions

Custom software, answered.

It depends entirely on scope. A single integration is a matter of weeks; a custom CRM or client portal is a matter of months; a full SaaS platform is longer still. You get a specific timeline estimate during discovery, before you commit to anything.

We do not publish price bands, because a number without a scope is meaningless — and usually wrong. After a discovery call we give you a written scope and a fixed quote in Canadian dollars, typically within five business days. There is no charge for that conversation.

You do. All custom code and deliverables transfer to you on final payment unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party licences — hosting, APIs, commercial libraries — stay with their providers, and we tell you which ones apply before you sign.

That is one of the things we do most. Paystone, Square, Stripe, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, Twilio, SendGrid — and generally anything with a documented API. Tell us what you run and we will build around it rather than replace it.

Yes — cross-platform with React Native or Flutter, and native iOS and Android where the app needs it. We also build progressive web apps, which behave like native apps without app-store distribution or review delays.

Every project includes a 90-day bug-fix warranty. Beyond that, most clients move to a monthly retainer for iteration and new features, though ad-hoc support is available if you would rather call us only when you need us.

Telebridge’s technology practice operates through a partner company under the same parent, with delivery experience across logistics, healthcare, retail, financial services, and hospitality. You contract with Telebridge and deal with one point of contact throughout.

Yes. We can have a mutual NDA in place before discovery on request, at no cost. Ask for it when you book the call.

No obligation, no pressure

Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you what it takes to fix it.

Book a 30-minute discovery call. We'll map your requirements, flag the integrations that matter, and come back with a written scope and a fixed quote within five business days — or tell you honestly if custom software isn't the answer.
