Telebridge ("we," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect contact information, business details, and information you provide through our forms or during a campaign engagement. For partner programs, data is collected on behalf of the partner and handled under our agreement with them.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, run partner campaigns, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data Separation & Security

Partner program data is held in segregated environments with role-based access control. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

5. Consent & Your Choices

Where required, we obtain consent before collecting or using personal information, and we honour unsubscribe and Do Not Call requests in line with CASL and CRTC rules.

6. Advertising & Analytics Technologies

This website uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Google Analytics (Google LLC) and similar technologies, including cookies and comparable browser storage, to measure and improve our advertising and to understand how visitors use the site.

What is collected. Pages you view on this site, actions you take on them — such as submitting a form, using a calculator, or tapping a phone number — and a hashed identifier derived from information you submit to us. That identifier is hashed in your browser using SHA-256 before it is transmitted; we do not send your email address, phone number, business name or postal code to Meta in readable form. Google Analytics separately records standard usage data — the pages you visit, referring links, and general device, browser and approximate location information derived from your IP address — to report on site traffic and performance.

Why. To understand which advertising reaches businesses like yours, to avoid showing ads to people who have already contacted us, and to measure whether our campaigns are working. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who receives it. This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC. Each processes it under its own terms and acts as an independent controller for some purposes. Data collected this way may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to lawful access requests by foreign authorities.

How to opt out. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers offer a setting to limit cross-site tracking. You can also control how Meta uses data for advertising in your Meta account under Ad Preferences, at facebook.com/adpreferences, whether or not you have an account with us. For Google Analytics, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage ad personalisation in Google’s Ad Settings at adssettings.google.com. Opting out does not stop you using this site or contacting us; it only affects advertising and analytics measurement.

We do not use this technology on any authenticated area, and we do not sell personal information.

7. Retention & Destruction

We retain information only as long as necessary, and apply end-of-engagement data destruction protocols for partner programs.
