Two provinces · Reps on the ground, not just a service area

Where we actually show up.

Plenty of providers claim to cover Western Canada. Fewer will tell you where their people actually are. We service every business in British Columbia and Alberta — here is exactly what our presence looks like in your region, so you know what to expect before you pick up the phone.

Coverage model

Three tiers, stated plainly

Every business in both provinces gets the same service standard. What changes by region is how quickly we can put a person in the room.

What does not change

Same standard, every postal code

Identical service standard

Support hours, escalation paths and compliance obligations do not vary by region. A business in Prince George is held to the same standard as one in Vancouver.

Remote onboarding that works

Most connectivity and payments deployments never need anyone in the room. Where yours does, we say so up front rather than after you have signed.

Field visits for enterprise

Multi-site rollouts and larger deployments get scheduled on-site time anywhere in B.C. or Alberta, booked against a date rather than a vague promise.

Why presence matters

A dealer you can actually meet.

Connectivity and payments go wrong in physical ways — a line that will not provision, a terminal that will not talk to the POS, a staff team that needs showing rather than telling. Those get solved faster when someone can stand in your building.

  • In-person site surveys before we quote, not after
  • Hardware installed and tested by our own people
  • Staff trained on the floor, during a real shift
  • One named contact who knows your sites

Coverage questions

Answered plainly

I am outside your named centres — can you still service me?

Yes. If you operate anywhere in British Columbia or Alberta we can onboard and support you. The named centres are where we have the most activity, not the limit of our coverage.

Will someone come on site, or is it all remote?

In the Lower Mainland and Greater Calgary, on site is the default for surveys, installs and training. Elsewhere it depends on the deployment — we will tell you honestly at the quote stage whether your project warrants a visit, and book a date if it does.

Do you charge extra for regional visits?

Travel for enterprise and multi-site deployments is built into the engagement. For smaller single-site work outside our core regions we will quote it transparently rather than bury it.

Is support handled locally or offshore?

Telebridge is Canadian-owned and operated, with our operations desk in British Columbia. Escalations to carrier or processor partners are handled by our team, not passed to you.

Do you cover the territories or other provinces?

Our service footprint is British Columbia and Alberta. If you have sites beyond that, tell us — we will be straight about what we can and cannot cover rather than stretching to win the deal.

Ready to Partner

Not sure if we cover you?

Tell us where you operate and what you need. We will tell you honestly whether we can put someone on site or handle it remotely — before you commit to anything.
