Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Western CanadaFull-Time$60K–$120K+ OTETravel required

Represent top Canadian connectivity and home-services brands face-to-face. We provide the training, the territory, the gear, and the support — you bring the drive.

About The Role

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative at Telebridge, you are the face of some of Canada’s most recognized connectivity, internet, security, and connected-home brands. You join a crew that travels together across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, working scheduled territories with full support from your crew lead, trainer, and home-office operations team. This is a commission-strong role designed for people who want to earn meaningfully, build a real career in sales, and grow into leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Knock assigned territories during scheduled hours, engaging homeowners with compliant, brand-approved scripts.
  • Present partner products (Rogers Xfinity Internet & TV, Paystone payments, ADT, Vivint, and other connectivity & home-service offers).
  • Qualify customer needs, complete on-the-spot applications, and book installations or schedule next steps.
  • Document every interaction accurately in our CRM — names, addresses, outcomes, and follow-ups.
  • Hit daily and weekly activity targets (doors knocked, conversations, applications submitted).
  • Participate in daily team huddles, training refreshers, and weekly performance reviews.
  • Represent Telebridge and our partner brands professionally at all times — uniform, ID, and conduct standards apply.
What We're Looking For
  • 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to be outdoors in varying weather.
  • Confident, friendly, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
  • Willingness to travel on multi-week tours across Western Canada (transport and accommodation provided).
  • Reliable smartphone and the ability to learn a tablet-based application workflow.
  • No prior sales experience required — we train you fully.
  • Clean criminal record check (required by our service partners).
What We Offer
  • Two-to-four weeks of paid, structured training (product, compliance, sales fundamentals).
  • Competitive base + uncapped commission. Top reps regularly earn six figures in year one.
  • Hotel/serviced apartment accommodation on tour — never bunkhouses.
  • Crew vans and drivers, route planning, food stipends.
  • Branded uniforms, jackets, ID, and tablets provided.
  • Real promotion path: Crew Lead, Field Trainer, Regional Coordinator, Operations.
  • Performance contests, team dinners, and end-of-tour bonuses.

Crew Lead / Field Trainer

Western CanadaFull-Time$80K–$150K+ OTETravel required1+ yr field sales

Lead a small team of reps in-market. Coach, audit, and elevate performance while continuing to close your own deals and earn override on the crew.

About The Role

Crew Leads are the heart of Telebridge’s field operation. You run a 4–8 person crew in a tour market, ride along with new reps, audit performance, and hold the line on quality and compliance — while still personally producing. You report directly to the Regional Coordinator and own the day-to-day execution of your crew’s targets. This is a path to Regional Coordinator and beyond.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily morning huddles: review targets, deliver coaching points, motivate the crew.
  • Ride along with each rep on a rotating basis — observe, audit, and coach in the field.
  • Personally produce sales (typically 40–60% of a Rep’s volume) to model the work.
  • Run end-of-day debriefs: CRM review, troubleshoot blockers, plan tomorrow.
  • Enforce brand and compliance standards (CASL, partner scripts, ID display, conduct).
  • Coordinate with hotel/transport logistics and flag issues to home office.
  • Identify high-potential reps and feed them into our trainer / lead pipeline.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of field, door-to-door, or commission-based sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently hit personal sales targets.
  • Strong communicator who can give feedback constructively.
  • Willing to travel on tour for extended periods with the crew.
  • Clean criminal record check; reliable smartphone.
  • Bonus: prior experience training, mentoring, or leading sales teams.
What We Offer
  • Higher base + commission + crew override on every rep’s deal.
  • Private/upgraded accommodation on tour.
  • Direct mentorship from senior leadership; quarterly leadership offsites.
  • Clear advancement track: Crew Lead → Senior Lead → Regional Coordinator.
  • Profit-share eligibility after 12 months.

Regional Coordinator

Calgary or VancouverFull-TimeSalaried + BonusHybrid

Own territory planning, scheduling, and crew logistics for a region. Bridge between field teams and home-office operations.

About The Role

Regional Coordinators run the operational backbone of one of our four provincial regions. You plan territories, schedule crews, coordinate travel and accommodation, manage partner relationships at the regional level, and own the numbers for your region. You work in a hybrid model from our Calgary or Vancouver hub, with regular field visits to your crews on tour.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and assign weekly territories using mapping software and partner-provided data.
  • Coordinate tour logistics — hotels, transport, per-diem, on-tour resourcing — with our ops admin.
  • Manage 2–4 crew leads and their reps within your region (typically 15–40 reps total).
  • Own region performance KPIs and produce a weekly report to leadership.
  • Liaise with partner program managers (Rogers, ADT, Vivint, Paystone, etc.).
  • Conduct in-person ride-alongs and quality audits at least once per tour.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in sales, sales operations, or field operations management.
  • Proven ability to manage people remotely and at distance.
  • Strong spreadsheet / CRM / reporting skills (Excel, Zoho Bigin, or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Valid driver’s license; willing to travel regularly to crews on tour.
  • Bonus: experience in connectivity, security, payments, or door-to-door industries.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary + region-performance bonus.
  • Hybrid schedule out of our Calgary or Vancouver office.
  • Full benefits, paid time off, and travel reimbursement.
  • A real seat at the leadership table — you help shape the company.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long are tours/trips?

Typically 2–4 week tours with scheduled breaks in between, but tour length is flexible based on territory, program, and your preferences. Many reps prefer longer tours to maximize earnings; we accommodate both rhythms.

Where do I stay on tour?

Hotels or serviced apartments, never bunkhouses or budget motels. Clean, private rooms with reliable Wi-Fi, and stipends for food. Crew typically has their own room or pairs with someone they're comfortable with.

How does pay work?

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on every sale. Top reps regularly earn $100K+ in their first full year, with crew leads and managers earning significantly more. Bonuses are paid out reliably on a regular cycle.

Do I need a car?

No. We provide crew transport — vans and drivers — on tour. You just need to get to our pickup point in your home city (typically Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver).

How old do I need to be?

18 or older. There's no upper age limit. We have successful reps in their early 20s and reps in their 50s and 60s — the work rewards effort and consistency, not age.

What does training look like?

Two to four weeks of structured, paid training covering product knowledge, sales fundamentals, compliance (CASL, provincial DNC rules), customer interaction skills, and ride-along time with senior reps before you go solo.

What if I have no sales experience?

Most of our top performers had zero sales background when they started. Our training program is built for people new to sales — you'll learn the craft from the ground up alongside experienced mentors.

What time off do I get?

Tours are followed by scheduled breaks at home. We work around major holidays and respect personal events — let your crew lead know in advance and we plan around it.
